Your browser and operating system may encrypt the device or profile, but SaidClear does not add its own encryption layer yet. Clearing site data or losing this device can remove local audio and any records that were not synced. Text sync never accepts audio or browser capture chunks.

Recording recovery

Audio is saved in bounded chunks instead of waiting for the meeting to end.

Your controls

Exports include workspace records. Audio stays separate and is downloaded per recording.

Completed meeting text sync

Optional account sync includes notes, transcripts, translations, actions, and consent—but never audio. Turning it off stops future sync and clears unsent browser copies; previously synced meetings remain until you delete them.

Export workspace data

Download a readable JSON copy of meetings, notes, transcripts, actions, and consent records. Audio is not included.

Export readable Markdown

One Markdown file with every meeting’s notes, action items and transcript. Summaries, consent records and audio are not included.

Encrypted workspace export

Protect a copy of your workspace with a passphrase before it leaves this browser. Audio is not included, and SaidClear never receives the passphrase.

Restore from an encrypted export

Open a .saidclear file written by this product and put its contents back into this browser. The passphrase is required to read it, and a file that has been altered since it was written will not open.

Remove workspace records

Clears notes and meeting records from this browser. Saved audio is not removed.

Delete everything in this browser

Removes everything SaidClear keeps in this browser for you, saved audio included. Nothing is deleted from your account.
