Settings
Who you are signed in as, what this browser is holding, and how to take it out or destroy it.
Account
Accounts are not enabled on this deployment, so there is no identity to show. Recording, on-device transcription, notes, consent records, search and export all work without one — only the server-side features (AI summaries, Ask, translation, write-back) need an account.
Device connections
Scoped access for native appsCreate a short-lived credential for a trusted native app or automation that needs to sync meeting text. Each credential is limited to the capabilities you choose and can be revoked here at any time.
Device connections require a verified Clerk account. This deployment still supports the local browser workspace without one.
Plan and billing
Your plan, invoices and payment method live on their own page. Everything that runs on this device stays free and uncapped whatever it says there.
Data in this browser
Exporting, restoring an encrypted copy, removing records and deleting everything this browser holds all live in Data & privacy. Those controls change this browser only; closing your account below is what deletes account data.
Close this account
This deletes the account on our servers, not just this browser. It cannot be undone and there is no grace period, so read the four lines below before you type anything.
What is destroyed
- Destroyed
Every synced meeting, transcript, note, action item, consent record, share link, assistant thread, glossary term, workspace membership and audit entry belonging to this account. Device tokens stop working immediately, and the Notion and Linear tokens we hold are deleted with their settings. We cannot revoke those grants inside Notion or Linear for you: remove SaidClear from each app's connections to end them there.
- Destroyed
Audio is never uploaded, so there is none on our servers to delete. Recording sizes and timings sent by opted-in sync are queued for the retention worker to delete. Recordings saved in this browser stay until you delete them in Data & privacy or clear this site's data.
What is kept, and why
- Kept
Your subscription and payment records. Tax and accounting law require a charge to stay reconstructable for years. They hold status and dates, never a card number.
- Kept
A tombstone of your user row with the email address and name cleared. It is what stops a still-open session getting back in and what tells the retention worker to delete this account's remaining recording details.
This deployment has no accounts, so there is no server-side account to close. Data & privacy deletes what this browser holds.
