01Short version
You remain responsible for permission to record. Keep a backup of important recordings. Do not use the preview for unlawful or high-risk activity. AI output can be wrong and should be checked against the transcript.
02Using the service
You may use the preview for lawful personal or business note-taking. You must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, or use it to violate another person’s privacy or rights.
03Recording and consent
You are responsible for following the recording and privacy laws that apply to you, the people present, and your location. Our disclosure tools help you document what you did, but they do not provide legal advice or guarantee legal compliance.
04Your content
You keep ownership of your recordings, notes, and transcripts. You give us only the limited permission needed to process content when you deliberately use a cloud or AI feature. Local browser data is not uploaded simply because you open the app.
05AI output
Summaries, speaker names, answers, and action items may be incomplete or wrong. The transcript and source audio are the verification layer. Do not rely on AI output for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or employment decisions without qualified review.
06Preview availability
The preview is provided as available and may change, lose features, or stop temporarily. Cross-device sync, production transcription, native apps, and third-party integrations are not represented as generally available until we say so in the product.
07Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SaidClear, a Dapols product, is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from the preview. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
08Ending access and changes
You may stop using the preview at any time. We may suspend abusive or unsafe use. We will update the effective date when these terms materially change.
